Our primary area is Phoenix and the surrounding cities. We do go to outlying areas, but there is an additional cost for fuel and travel time.

The main reason for scheduling a job is to eliminate the wait time. If the wait time is going to be long, we will charge by the hour or we can reschedule the job.

Yes, when cleaning out an area and loading. Yes, of course upon customer requests.

Yes, we test with temp and self-test kits.

Yes, we do schedule weekend pickups.

The crew assigned to the job will load and empty the trailer, return and continue to load more. They will work until the job is completed.

We’ve been in business for several years. Our business plan was formed in the middle of the pandemic.  We saw a need to help people that were struggling to remove items that were no longer needed and where an area of cleanup was in order. Lots of remodeling was going on and there was a real need to have that junk and debris hauled away.  Our goal is to fill those needs.

On the long and grueling trip to the outer reaches of east Triangulum, we encountered a horde of bees that all flew into the warp engines at full speed, causing a partial engine failure. They handled the disaster quite fondly and repaired the engines, and we were still able to pick up my 2.8 trillion metric tons of junk i left there last week. The only reason i do not give 5 stars is because on the return trip we fell into a wormhole which could be easily avoided, and on our return to Earth it was 200 years in my future. Altogether excellent service from john and kim bros junk.
